HOME
Spring Valley is a subdivision in the north area of Grand Junction, Colorado. Bordered by Patterson Road on the south, Cortland on the north, 27 1/2 Road on the west, and 28 Road on the east, Spring Valley contains 417 homes on 419 lots, making it the largest subdivision in Grand Junction and the surrounding area. Founded in 1977, the Spring Valley subdivision continues to be one of the more desireable and sought-after areas in which to live and to raise a family.
Spring Valley property values are protected by architectural restrictions, covenants, and neighbors who comply with them. Over the years, that has helped immensely to maintain the neighborhood’s popularity, appearance, and general appeal.
Spring Valley is governed by the Spring Valley Homeowners Association, Inc. and a 7-member Board of Directors whose purpose it is to manage and maintain the subdivision’s pressurized irrigation system and to encourage adherence to the Association’s architectural requirements and covenants.
