Spring Valley is protected by architectural restrictions and covenants that over the years have helped immensely in maintaining its popularity, appearance, and general appeal. It is governed by the Spring Valley Homeowners Association, Inc. and a 7-member Board of Directors whose purpose is to manage and maintain the subdivision’s pressurized irrigation system and to encourage adherence to the Association’s architectural requirements and covenants.
